Wrap charcoal-fragrant beef short rib in the bibim-naengmyeon that carries a hint of yeolmu kimchi, and the meaty aroma and spicy-tangy flavor reach a perfect balance. ## What was disappointing at Grill the Terrace Dongtan During peak hours, the charcoal heat is strong enough that the garlic marinade can burn, so you have to flip the meat frequently, which is a bit of a hassle. ## Verdict: is Grill the Terrace Dongtan worth a visit? Overall, this place impresses with generous portions of meat, a clean lineup of sides, and excellent value for money.
