(Excited!) It is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station 🥪 If anyone asks me for a great Seoul Station brunch spot, I might just tell them to look up at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station... There are so many sandwiches, and the quality is seriously good—I really hope you try them. And the chicken-breast sandwich is an absolute must. Period. Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is in the basement of the Grand Central building, close to Exit 4 of Seoul Station. I loved the stylish, kitschy design. I would also really like to visit its relatively brighter Hannam branch next time. You can eat at the shared tables right in front. Plenty of people were getting sandwiches to go, but even though I visited around noon on a Sunday, there were more people than I expected. (I looked around while eating and the tables were nearly full.) Honestly, when you hear “chicken-breast sandwich,” you do not expect much, right..?! The filling was mixed until moist, and the chicken breast was chopped very finely, almost like tuna, so both the texture and flavor sometimes felt like a tuna sandwich. There was hardly any of chicken breast’s characteristic dryness, while a subtle sweetness and deep savoriness came through strongly—I want to pay for this recipe if I have to.. It was warm with a strong mushroom flavor, so it was nice to have a few spoonfuls before the sandwich, and it also went well with ciabatta lightly dipped into it.
