The dining room is fairly spacious too, with a mix of families, company dinner groups, and other gatherings. As you can see, the tables are generously spaced, making it comfortable to eat. The meat is first seared over charcoal, then smoked with rice straw to maximize that straw-fire aroma! The whole pork jowl was chewy and savory, while the pork neck was tender rather than dry and delicious too. All three were great!
