I usually prefer strong pressure, so I endured it at the time. The work on my back and arms was comfortable enough that I briefly fell asleep. My left shoulder would sometimes make a sound when I did shoulder-rotation stretches. When I tried rotating it right after the treatment, it did not make that sound. That was the change I noticed after my treatment that day. The Chinese massages I usually prefer feel like they press firmly across the whole body by hand, whereas Terra felt like it loosened my whole body while working more deeply on key areas.
