It was even more delicious than I expected, so I can confidently recommend it to you all! If it happens to be full, there is public street parking near Central Park that you can use. Luckily, one spot was open right in front, so I slipped straight in and parked! After much deliberation, we went with the kimchi jjigae set for two—because Koreans and soup just go together! The owner and staff were all attentive to hygiene and so kind—just great!!! Honestly, the very reason I had been looking for Korean food near Dongtan Central Park was this!!!! I really wanted the rolled omelet sold here, and it looked so delicious—thick and fluffy. You can tell how pillowy it is even in the photo, right!? It came in a big brass bowl and was so generous. Since we had added ramen noodles and extra tofu, it looked even more abundant. My loving husband cut them up nicely for us, hehe. The meat was thick and substantial, and it looked truly satisfying and delicious. All the meat juices were still there, which made it even better~ Looking at the photos makes me want it again. By the way, you know there has been such an uproar about formaldehyde in Chinese kimchi lately, right? When you go out for kimchi jjigae, I think it is best to make sure the kimchi is domestically sourced.
