So I looked for somewhere good for eating out with the kids and chose this place—and in the end, we had such a healing Friday night. We had really found a restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! We got full so quickly as we ate the ribs. The meat was seriously... what surprised me was that it was tender enough to crumble just from touching it with a knife. I expected to have to pull off the meat clinging to the bones, but the meat came away so easily that the bones were left completely clean. Thanks to having it made for the kids, they could enjoy it to their hearts’ content. ### Quesadillas and portions for a family meal The quesadillas were thicker than I expected, so sharing one piece each with my husband was just right. At first, we only poured barbecue sauce over the meat, and I was disappointed that we noticed the onions and peperoncino late.
