I especially liked that myeonginamul (pickled garlic leaves) and cucumber were ready for us. Then they brought over the charcoal. ## Hanwoo assortment with a touch of charcoal aroma I really love charcoal-brazier grilling because the charcoal gives the meat a subtle aroma and brings out its flavor even more ☺️ The glowing hanwoo assortment, haha. A little wasabi and salt—yum yum. The heat was strong, so everything cooked quickly too, haha. We grilled just two pieces at a time so they would not get cold. We finished with sirloin! It was not rich or greasy at all, and it was completely delicious :) ## Finishing with warm doenjang sulbap and patbingsu For dessert, we ordered doenjang sulbap, haha.
