It had been a while since I'd had dinner around Apgujeong Rodeo :) I was in the mood for pasta or risotto somewhere with a nice atmosphere, went searching, and came across People the Terrace. For fried chicken like this, I care a lot about whether the sauce is good, and this one suited my taste perfectly. Eating only pasta or risotto can feel a bit repetitive, but having chicken in between made the combination work really well haha. ## Best of the three: mushroom cream truffle risotto with steak And the dish I enjoyed most that day was the Mushroom Cream Truffle Risotto & Steak. The cream sauce blended beautifully with the risotto for a rich, savory flavor, and with the mushrooms added on top, the overall depth was really good. You could also eat the steak on top along with it, so a single plate delivered several different flavors. Out of the three dishes we tried, this risotto was personally my favorite!
