Drawn in as if hypnotized by the smell of freshly baked bread, I visited Easy White Bread, a Bucheon Sinjung-dong bakery I'd heard was a milk bread hotspot. And yes — it really is! Soft, layered, tearing away in silky strands. Pop it in the toaster for a moment and the buttery aroma and look are unbeatable.

I opened the plastic wrap and took a sniff first — it smells nutty. Pressing it with a fork, it's fluffy and soft. I ate it plain, tearing it apart with my hands, nothing added. Sweet, moist, and ultra-soft! I think it'd be perfect as a snack for little kids too. Recommended.

You can see the cranberries packed in tightly. 😍 Being rye, it looks healthy just from the appearance. It might look dry, but no, no! It's actually soft.

Personally, this bread has both of my favorite things. Maybe the car was warm — there was a spot where the cheese had slightly melted, which made it even harder to resist, haha. The olives' slight funkiness together with the nutty cheese! Just... perfect. Absolutely nailed it.
