It's located in the cluster of restaurants right before you enter the Dining Avenue on the 3rd floor of Time Villas. Beside the entrance, you can see a Peking duck hanging on display. The rice was fried up light and fluffy, giving it a great texture. With the three of us ordering both dishes as double portions and nothing extra, the fried rice portion turned out to be huge. One spoonful and it was so fiery yet refreshing that I kept going back for more. The skin was glossy and golden-brown, looking delicious just to look at. With Peking duck, I think the proper way to enjoy it is wrapping it with the accompanying ingredients rather than just eating the duck meat alone :) The wheat pancakes were individually wrapped in parchment paper, which felt more hygienic. There was no gamey smell at all, the skin was crispy, and the meat was tender and clean-tasting, making it even more delicious.
