This pasta is totally my type. T.T I want to eat it again. I went with the mildly spicy option (marked as recommended on the menu), and even I — someone who can't handle spice well — ate it just fine. ### Nutty and savory: squid ink risotto with octopus The squid ink risotto (쁠뽀 먹물 리조또) is meant to be eaten by mixing in the cream sauce on top. Scooping up small pieces of octopus with the rice brings out a briny, nutty flavor that's absolutely delicious.
