I love grilled shellfish myself and was satisfied, but it was also a fine choice for someone who isn't a big shellfish fan. Along with shellfish, they have meat and a variety of self-serve bar options, and best of all, there's no time limit, so you can eat slowly. When we visited, there were a lot of customers, so we waited a bit before getting in. Even though we had to wait, the staff guided us kindly, which made a great first impression. So this place could also be worth checking out for anyone looking for a spot in Baegot for a group dinner. We sat by the window, and that spot was especially nice. A breeze came in through the window, and grilling shellfish with that cool air blowing in made for a really great atmosphere. What I liked most was that there's no time limit. Grilled shellfish takes time to cook, and having a time limit can make you feel rushed, but here we could take our time. We basically treated this as our second and third round of the day and ate until we were completely full. ## Picking your own shellfish from the tank The tank had several kinds of shellfish ready — scallops, red scallops, red clams, littleneck clams, and more. You pick the shellfish you want yourself and bring it over, so you can take as much as you'd like. My daughter grilled meat with instant rice, made some corn cheese, and ended up eating more shellfish than I expected. A self-serve bar can get messy quickly when lots of people use it, but the staff kept checking on it, wiping down and tidying up constantly. So even with that many customers, the self-serve bar still felt well maintained. The staff also checked the paper foil lining the grill from time to time and swapped it out on their own. It felt thoughtful that they'd notice and replace it without us having to ask. I love things like shellfish gratin made with chojang (vinegared chili paste) mixed with cheese and shellfish broth, and being able to make that here to my heart's content — I went all out, haha. Between bites of shellfish, a piece of meat, some grilled kimchi, and corn cheese, there was never a dull moment. ## Finishing with shellfish-infused ramyeon At the end, of course, we couldn't skip the ramyeon. Even after eating that much shellfish and meat, a hot bowl of ramyeon was the perfect way to close things out. Ramyeon made with shellfish in it — the broth is just different, seriously different. Soju was self-serve — kept chilled, and with ice packed into a basket to hold it, we could drink it cold the whole meal. There's also unlimited beer refills, which is perfect for beer lovers.
