Eating the fish and vegetables together with that cold, sweet-and-tangy flavor left my mouth feeling refreshed. 🥰 It is fun to let the spicy, tangy frozen broth slowly melt as you eat, haha. Such a variety of clams, right?! It was a hearty, satisfying spread of clams, mussels, scallops, webfoot octopus, vegetables, kalguksu, and clean, refreshing broth! Dipping the clams in soy sauce and chojang (sweet-tangy chili sauce) made them even more savory—so good❣️ Next time, I want to come back with my family and try the signature grilled clams and steamed clams in more varieties.
