Doesn't the name alone make you curious? haha Wakppu salt bread isn't something you just eat plainly — as the name suggests, the fun is in crumbling it as you eat. You gently crumble the crust while eating, and the whole eating method is so entertaining I think it'd be fun to eat with kids too hahaha. But it's not just fun — the taste held up too. Biting into the inside, I was genuinely surprised at how much peach was packed in. The savory, salty richness of the salt bread combined with the sweet, tangy peach turned out to be a much better pairing than I expected.
