I treated Mom to the basic course, haha. The atmosphere is SO good!! The summer course is a bit more expensiveㅠ We had the basic course (₩45,000). We were advised to eat the pea tart first, then eat both in one bite. The pea tart had pea purée, while the sweet shrimp apple tart combined marinated sweet shrimp and apple over potato purée! The minari yuzu bisque pasta is the standard offering, and you can change the pasta type to suit your preference. They told us not to mix it completely, but to put the pesto on the noodles as we ate. While the bisque had a slight sweetness, the squid ink was spicy and salty!! The pairing of the two pastas was absolutely the best. The ink-coated noodles came with what seemed like butter-seared cuttlefish. Your mouth does get black around the edges after eating it...!! But it was my number-one pick. It was unlike the texture of ordinary chicken breast. Made with the sous vide method, slowly cooked at a low temperature, it was moist and tender all the way through. But as someone who likes dry chicken breast, the chicken-breast-and-sous-vide combination felt so unfamiliar that it was still a trendy new-generation food I found hard to get behind. Still, the carrot purée and quinoa combination was excellent too! My mother is not really someone who likes sweet things, but she enjoyed the ice cream so much. It had caramel sauce, and I had no idea caramel and Earl Grey went so well together, haha. I was touched by that thoughtful consideration right to the very end. At ₩90,000 for two, it feels like excellent value for a dining restaurant, haha. If I return, I think I will try the salchisal option!!
