The pork belly and neck meat, don't even get me started — legendary golden-brown and delicious-looking. My boyfriend grilling away so diligently haha, he's good at grilling eel now too.... he personally claims he's going to eat every single bit of eel here, but is that even possible ㅠ The smell the whole time we were grilling was so good it was hard to wait. Since I'm a pork belly person first... I go for the thick, chewy, thinly-sliced pork belly first, and that perilla leaf is genuinely the kicker ㅠㅠ Being able to eat pork belly and neck meat at an eel restaurant is just so good. Even people who can't eat eel can enjoy this place... truly the best restaurant... and the pork belly's juiciness is no joke. My boyfriend took a bite of eel right away too?!!
