Next came the janchi guksu! The noodles were nicely chewy and went so well with the meat that I finished every last drop of broth 🍜 The portion of janchi guksu was enormous too, haha. ## The main event: duruchigi Finally, the star of the day—duruchigi—arrived! Drool... 😋 ## How to eat duruchigi as bibimbap I saw people mixing the accompanying roasted seaweed flakes and sesame oil into the duruchigi, then eating it like bibimbap (mixed rice)! When I visit next time, I definitely want to try it this way too ✔️ ## Final thoughts The portions were generous and the staff were kind, so I felt good throughout the meal 😊 Above all, there was plenty of food and it was delicious, so my intention to revisit is 100%!
