The waiting area had a wide selection of books to keep you from getting bored, and they brought me refreshing green tangerine tea and snacks, so I happily waited with my tea.

When I said I had no idea which style to choose, he first checked my current hair condition and my lifestyle of regularly wearing curls made with a curling iron. Then he showed me photos of styles that might suit my image and helped me settle on a direction one-on-one.

The shampoo room here consists of private single-person rooms, so I could have my hair washed in a very comfortable atmosphere without other people watching.

For reference, I did not use the Verse Spa shampoo bed with a full-body massage function because it is for weekends only, but the regular shampoo bed was comfortable enough! In particular, the staff member gave me wonderfully refreshing scalp pressure massage while shampooing, and it felt like all my fatigue melted away. They carried out the perm together with care to prevent hair damage, then checked the result after finishing with a blow-dry.

- How to dry it: After rough-drying all of my hair, he showed me exactly how to twist just the ends around my fingers and in which direction to dry them so the curls would come out beautifully.
- Moisture care and treatment schedule: Since my hair was dry from straightening and coloring, he said moisture care was essential and kindly taught me when to apply essence, how to manage moisture at home, and an appropriate schedule for salon treatments.
