It's the odeng (fish cake) broth simmering right in the middle of the table 🍢 You know how the seasoning on cockle bibimbap can sometimes make your throat feel a bit tight? Whenever that happened, a spoonful of the hot odeng broth cleared my mouth right up and warmed me from the inside — I loved it!
