When I heard Macho Steak had opened in Bucheon, I drove 2.5 hours from Pyeongtaek straight after work. (My parents' home is nearby, so I combined the trip.) I'd been excited about steak since lunchtime ^-^ It's a brand-new place, so I was curious about both the atmosphere and the taste. The building has no parking lot of its own, so if you drive, you need to use the nearby Bucheon City Hall lot or the public lot next to the City Council. My boyfriend got there before me, and the City Hall lot was already full, so he told me to come to the City Council one. Luckily, there was space right away there! There's also a Hyundai Department Store and an E-Mart nearby, so if you're combining shopping or other plans, using those parking lots is a good option too! The steak I'd been waiting for! For the ribeye, flip it once with the butter, then cut along the grill-pan marks and it slices easily. They also put up a paper screen in front of the steak, so I could eat comfortably without worrying about oil splatter. I ate the rice as bibimbap with the corn and sauce.
