So this time I thought about ordering what we usually get, but decided to try the beef paejgogi (thin-sliced beef) set 600g for the first time instead. The set comes with Korean beef paejgogi 200g + chadolbagi (brisket) 200g + woo-samgyeop (beef belly) 200g + mixed mushrooms, all for ₩54,000! The meat finally arrived and it looked so incredibly delicious! After we finished all the beef paejgogi, my husband said he needed something to go with his drink, so we ordered pork galbi too? And wow, the pork galbi here was really delicious too! Truly a great Sanbon pork restaurant haha. After all that meat and naengmyeon, you'd think you'd be way too full, but ice cream has its own separate stomach, right? haha. Making yourself a soft-serve on the way out after the meal really feels like the perfect ending.
