I took the photo on my way out after eating so it looks empty, but even at 7:30pm on a weeknight, when I arrived, the tables were almost completely full!! At some conveyor-belt sushi places you get sushi sitting out and drying up, but there was none of that here — everything looked fresh at a glance. Even the fact that the plates weren't covered made me think, this place must really turn the belt fast (?). The flounder has a chewy bite that finishes clean, and the tuna quality was quite good for a conveyor-belt place!!
