You know how sometimes, out of nowhere, you get a craving for the old-school Western-style (gyeongyangsik) pork cutlet you ate as a kid? That's exactly the mood I was in, so I went. Onjeong Gyeongyangsikdang Sanbon Academy District Branch is at 5-11 Sanbon-ro 386beon-gil, 1st floor, Unit 103, Samdae Building, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, right in front of Gwangjeong Elementary School. Hours are 11:00–21:00, closed every Monday, with last order at 20:00. Being right in front of Gwangjeong Elementary School made it super easy to get to!! When things started feeling rich, one bite of soba cooled everything down and washed away the greasiness completely, and it was just so delicious, ㅠㅠㅠ The cheddar cutlet came loaded with a thick, rich cheddar cheese sauce. Its salty, savory, punchy cheese flavor doubled the charm when combined with the cutlet!! If you love cheddar cheese, you're going to love this one, no question.
