There were plenty of tables and chairs, and seats by a big window looking out gave a sense of openness rather than feeling cramped. It wasn't just peach on top of the bingsu — fresh peach was piled on like an actual bomb! On top of that, right in the center, there was a round scoop of ice cream, which made my mouth water just looking at it. I started with the peach, and it had that unmistakable sweet, fresh fruit flavor. Best of all, there was so much fruit that I got to keep eating peach the whole way through the bingsu. The peach itself was juicy and fragrant, spreading refreshingly in my mouth, and paired with the cold milk ice underneath, the combination was really good. The snow flower ice had fine, soft ice particles that melted the moment it hit my mouth. Mixing in the ice cream every so often brought out a whole different flavor 😋 The soft, sweet ice cream combined with the sweet-tart peach kept my spoon going nonstop. Peach season is almost over, you know!
