That said, it looked like the place gets busy during lunch hours, so depending on the time you go, the lot could fill up. Maybe that's why the broth tasted so good. After the first spoonful I immediately went, "wow, this is good." It wasn't just spicy seasoning — the savory flavor from the tripe naturally soaked into the broth, so I kept going back for more spoonfuls. The seasoning itself was tasty, but with the broth being this good too, it got pretty addictive. There's also a screen, so I thought it'd be a good spot to gather with people while watching a big game. If you like octopus, tripe, and shrimp, nakgopsae lets you enjoy all three at once, so it could make for a hearty meal worth trying. Next time I want to come back in the evening and properly pair the nakgopsae with a drink.
