The building itself is triangular, so sitting by the window gives you a rather unusual view outside. Walking in, you see a clean, well-kept kitchen! Because it's open, you can also tell right away whether it's being managed properly. Water, ketchup, and hot sauce are self-serve from a bar and a fridge. There aren't many seats, but it's perfect for solo diners! The fries served alongside were different from the usual thin-cut kind and tasted wonderfully nutty. I found those grilled onions absolutely delicious!
