From the station, simply walk straight toward Pangyo Techno Valley; it is a relatively straightforward route along the main road, so it was easy to find even on a first visit. The restaurant is on B1 of Samhwan Hi-Pex Building A. Once inside, take the escalator or elevator down to B1. Since it is an underground restaurant, the entrance can be a little confusing at first, so I hear the easiest option is to enter “Samhwan Hi-Pex Building A” in your navigation app! I know many popular spots for Pangyo office workers get extremely crowded at lunch or dinner, but Bulgogi On Soban has a generously laid-out interior, so it hardly felt cramped. There was also a reasonable amount of space between tables, and the whole restaurant was neatly kept, making for a comfortable meal. Personally, I liked the corn salad. True to its name, it arrived generously mixed with pork and squid, and the gochujang seasoning had soaked evenly into every ingredient—even the onions were delicious! The pork was tender, while the squid was pleasantly chewy without being tough. Rather than being indiscriminately spicy or sweet, the seasoning had a familiar gochujang bulgogi flavor with a nice balance of heat and sweetness, making it easy for anyone to enjoy. There were also enoki mushrooms, rice cakes, and corn on the side. Its broth was refreshing and mild, and a spoonful after the bulgogi paired with it so nicely.
