Yangpuni Kimchi Jjigae & Samgyeopsal is over by Gaenari Park, across from Central Park in Dongtan. The dining room is quite spacious, and it is close to Samsung Electronics, so I thought it would work well for company dinners too~! It includes kimchi jjigae for two and your choice of rolled omelet, bulgogi, or spicy stir-fried pork. You really should try it haha. Kimchi jjigae gets better the longer it cooks, so it became even tastier as we kept it simmering haha. You just cut up the pork, let it cook another 3–4 minutes, and eat. The mister sitting across from me: “You have to eat it before the rolled omelet gets cold!” Hahaha. It seemed to be pork neck, with no odor at all, and it was so tender that even I, someone who does not usually love meat in stew, enjoyed it 👍 I found out they use Grade 1 Korean pork! The stew itself was neither spicy nor salty, with a flavor anyone can comfortably enjoy.
