Parking right in front of the restaurant is difficult, so I recommend using a nearby public parking lot. It’s dog-friendly, so you can visit with your pup. But there are weight and carrier requirements, so I recommend checking ahead! The exterior was so cute and pretty that it instantly lifted my mood. With the stone wall and all those lush green plants together, it’s the kind of place that makes you look twice as you pass by! Inside, warm lighting and wood-toned furniture created such a cozy mood. There are first- and second-floor spaces, outdoor seating, and terrace seating, so it was nice to choose whatever spot we wanted. After thinking about it forever, we settled on the second floor! When it comes to food, I’m a total super-J planner, so I secretly studied the menu the day before and chose everything in advance without telling my husband hahahahaha. Pasta and risotto were just perfect for the two of us to share. A little spice with truffle!!! I was surprised that the rosé sauce had a little kick, but that meant it never became too rich and I kept reaching for more. (This is super important to me.) It had been such a long time since I’d had shrimp with that springy texture, and my husband and I kept talking about how big they were. Then the truffle cream and truffle oil aroma came in, bringing the flavor fully to life, so I was already satisfied by the smell alone. (I’m a truffle-loving person.) For dessert, perilla oil ice cream! Vanilla ice cream comes topped with perilla oil and whole perilla seeds. The indoor seating, with its wood tones, felt cozy and ideal for chatting. I think the terrace seats will be especially popular once the weather turns cool. In spring and fall, it looked perfect for eating outside with a glass of wine or beer! Visiting for lunch and enjoying it like brunch, as we did, is lovely too. It’s dog-friendly, so I hope this helps anyone planning to visit with a pup, and since there’s terrace seating too, I recommend coming on a nice day.
