After checking out and getting hungry, we headed to Chodang Uga, a Gangneung hanwoo (Korean beef) and pork ribs restaurant known as a dog-friendly restaurant in Gangneung. We could just grab our bags and go straight to eat, which made the whole trip so much easier haha. We grilled it golden on both sides over the charcoal and took a bite — maybe because of the fruit marinade, there was zero off-flavor, and the more we chewed, the more the savory juices burst out!!
