Come in through the main entrance, turn right, and keep walking straight and you'll find it. Even though it's a restaurant inside an outlet mall, the interior has real atmosphere, so it felt less like a quick shopping-break meal and more like a proper date spot. There are comfy sofas set up in the waiting area too. Both dishes have cream or cheese, so I worried it might feel too rich, but the combination turned out better than expected haha. Because the crust isn't thick, the flavors of the toppings really came through, and above all, the combination of salty jambon + sweet honey was genuinely... 🤤 If you love sweet-and-salty combos, it's hard for this not to taste good. The jambon alone is a little salty, but with the honey added, it tones down the saltiness while adding sweetness, so I kept reaching for another slice. I'm looking at the photos again while writing this and now I want jambon pizza again... lol. It's not a few gnocchi with a sprinkle of mushroom — there's mushroom packed in between every bit of the cream sauce, which made it perfect for a mushroom addict like me...♥ If you love mushrooms, I recommend this one. Eating the thick cream sauce together with the mushrooms brings out a strong truffle aroma... and it was amazing... The cream sauce wasn't too watery either, just thick enough that it clung nicely to the gnocchi. And the most important thing for gnocchi — texture!! Can you see how chewy it looks? 👀 Chewing it, the texture was chewy yet soft at the same time — I loved it. Loading up a piece with plenty of cream sauce and a mushroom on top, then eating it all together, was genuinely delicious... ## Is Bueokgan at the Gijang outlet worth a return visit? Since Bueokgan is inside the outlet, it's convenient to grab a meal while shopping, and the interior is pretty enough to work as a date spot at the Busan Shinsegae Outlet. If you love mushrooms or creamy gnocchi, definitely try the truffle mushroom cream gnocchi 🍄 Next time I'd order the gnocchi again, and also try the pasta or steak I didn't get to this time, haha.
