You can choose regular or extra-large portions. There were also tons of celebrity signatures on the wall haha. I squeezed the mustard and suddenly opened Mustard Park. Serving the cucumber separately in slices like that made me think, for some reason, that I needed to pair it separately too haha. This one was salty, warm, and deeply savory, so I kept reaching for it before the milmyeon even came out. Then the dumplings arrived. The extra-large portion is wild. Just looking at it feels refreshing. What I personally love about Busan milmyeon is that the noodles go down a little more softly than naengmyeon, and these were easy to slurp up too.
