The yellow crab soybean paste stew had a whole apple snail, chewy hand-pulled dough flakes (sujebi), and a whole yellow crab in it, giving the broth a deep, rich flavor. ## Is Anmin Busan good for lunch with friends? We left Anmin, the Seomyeon Korean BBQ spot, full after a hearty lunch with friends. Between the clean, upscale atmosphere, the wide tables, and the room-style space, it looked comfortable not just for a meal with friends but for visits by larger groups too. Above all, since it's a restaurant where the staff grill the meat for you, it was a huge plus for a meal like ours where we wanted to chat with friends. They grilled everything to just the right point, so we could focus on the food instead of constantly watching the grill. The jowl meat in particular had a nice moist, tender texture thanks to just the right amount of fat.
