When I think of nachos, I usually picture picking up one crunchy chip at a time and dipping it in sauce, but this place was different — here nachos, cheese, and beef brisket get tossed together thoroughly. We ordered the beef brisket nachos and the clam hot pot at the store, and added kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) noodles at the end. A big bowl held Manila clams, surf clams, and hard clams — pretty generous even just from the photo. This time at Macho Nacho, we ate through beef brisket nachos, the clam hot pot, and the kalguksu noodles, in that order. ## Is a full meal at Macho Nacho worth it? What stood out most was really the way of tossing the nachos thoroughly with toppings. Adding the clam hot pot alongside, and topping it off with kalguksu noodles, meant the dishes never overlapped, making for a very filling meal. You can eat there like we did, or according to the store, pickup and delivery are also options — good to know when looking for something to eat by the Han River. If you're looking for a Mangwon Hangang restaurant and want something a bit different from the ordinary, Macho Nacho's mix-and-toss nachos are worth keeping in mind.
