On top, a mayo-style sauce is drizzled lightly, making the whole thing extra sweet ✨ Since it's boneless, it's easy to pick up piece by piece, and with all that sauce it stayed juicy right to the last bite! It's a cream sauce but with a spicy kick added, so it wasn't heavy at all — the spiciness kept me reaching for more, haha.
