There were lots of seats overall, plus rooms in different sizes to suit your group, haha. The pork was thick and tender, with no off smell. You can tell from one bite that the meat itself is fresh! So fresh. The batter was completely crispy!! Haha. So rich!! ´╹ᗜ╹`* The noodles were springy and chewy too. It is made by stir-frying generous amounts of domestic pork with black bean paste. There were so many huge chunks of meat that they caught my eye even more than the noodles! Clearly, it is not called fresh-meat ganjajang for nothing... Of all the ganjajang I've had so far, this was the best when it came to being generously loaded with meat! Hahaha 🖤 Dongbaek makes its own noodles, and they were so springy, chewy, and tasty that the noodles in either jjamppong or jajang dishes were definitely appealing! The jajangmyeon had a rich, nutty black bean sauce, with an easygoing flavor that children would probably enjoy too 😆 Both jajang dishes were good, but... I still vote for the fresh-meat ganjajang!! 🙋♀️ Hahaha.
