With so many sauces and side dishes to pair, this time I mixed and matched my own way. So many eating combinations, no chance of getting bored!! The pork skin is thick and hearty. They say it's Go Ok-hui's signature pork skin — tasting it, the seasoning is sweet and spicy. Topped it off with a cracked egg 🥚 at the end. The doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) was also packed with tofu and full-flavored. No need to fuss with grilling — just eat while it's hot — which made it convenient for us to come here for a family meal with a kid ^,^ Seemed like a lot of office workers from nearby come here too! By the time we left it was almost full, with what looked like an even mix of office workers and families out for a meal. No lingering meat smell on your clothes either — clean and pleasant.
