## Finding Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch: entrance and waiting area

Vivienne Hair's Sangnam branch is on the 2nd floor. From the bright, clean entrance, I could already feel a calm mood. Rather than a busy, crowded feel, it's a reservation-only space where you can be treated at ease — which made my return visit comfortable too.

At the entrance, a variety of hair products were displayed. Since these are products I could reference for at-home hair care, it was fun looking through what was on offer.

On one side there was a self-bar you could use freely — besides coffee, there were various fruit juices too. I liked that they prepared things you'd need while waiting for your treatment or just taking a short break.

In the waiting area there were fairly private seats where you could charge your phone while resting. Since hair treatments can run long, being able to charge your phone too made the wait comfortable.

I revisited Changwon's Vivienne Hair again this time for a layered perm. From the consultation to the cut and perm process, the hair condition was checked thoroughly, so once again this was a satisfying visit :)

After the cut, to the length I liked, came the first shampoo. Two designers blow-dried my hair — having two people work hard drying it just for me was honestly a touching point :)

## Inside the perm: from solution to heat setting

After the cut, they carefully applied the pre-perm solution to my hair and let it soak in. They adjusted the timing while checking my hair condition, which felt especially attentive. My perms tend to fall out quickly, so even with the same type of perm, I really care about 'what process it's done through.'

The shampoo room was pleasant and clean, and the final shampoo especially stood out. They carefully checked the water temperature first as a matter of course, and made sure no water got into my eyes or ears.

The scalp massage was gentle and comfortable rather than stimulating, and you could really feel a veteran's skilled touch in their hands. They took care of my scalp, which can be sensitive after a perm, and finished everything neatly so I left feeling great.

After 3 hours of care at this Changwon hair salon, here's the finished women's layered perm! If the curl is too strong it can easily look bulky, but with just the right amount of curl, they gave it volume while keeping the overall silhouette natural — I loved it!

Designer Dio took care of me. Since my perms tend to fall out quickly, I wanted a careful treatment, and they checked the curl formation process thoroughly, so this return visit was satisfying too :) A refresh for autumn, full of femininity, complete!
