Organic flour, natural fermentation starter, AOP-certified butter, antibiotic-free eggs, no artificial additives — and I think the price is quite reasonable for that. ### Milk bread, 4,800 won The bread came pre-cut and packed in a zip bag, making it easy to store. Since it's already sliced, it's a great size for sandwiches or toast. Tasting it, even the crust wasn't dry, so it was good all the way through. The bread's density was low, making it light to eat and letting the flavor of ingredients or jam shine through. Strawberries and grapes on top added a refreshing fruity note — I'd describe the overall taste as heavy chocolate. Plenty of cream and a moist sponge. Worried it might be too sweet? Personally, it is sweet since it's a chocolate cake — but it's not the extreme sweetness you'd get at a place like Twosome Place.
