If there were a pork belly place in Seoul with this kind of atmosphere and grilling service, I'd genuinely go all the time... please open a branch in Seoul... They also have separate private rooms, so it looked great for group gatherings too. My friends were surprised there was a meat place like this in Yullyang-dong and loved it, which made me even more proud. Even the ssam vegetables don't just come plain! The wonderful owner grills all the meat himself, and the ventilation is so good the smoke clears right away, and the meat — the way he grills it is on another level,, Since the cuts are thick, if you don't grill them well they burn, get tough, and taste bad, ugh. But when the meat master owner grills it, it's a completely different level. They grill everything except the pork skin and nakyeopsal first, then grill the rest right as you're finishing up the earlier batch! ## Sides: sticky rice nurungjitang and Mashitte cold ramen Sticky rice nurungjitang (scorched rice soup) for ₩3,000. We also ordered this light nurungjitang to cut through the richness of the meat!! It's flavored with in-house-brewed anchovy broth and buckwheat soba noodles as the base, so it's refreshingly cool to eat and really cuts through the greasiness of the meat! These noodles were so appealing??
