Let me walk you through each dish. True to its name, it was loaded with big chunks of fluffy sumi potatoes, which I loved, plus plenty of vegetables like onion, green onion and carrot! There was no choice of cut — it just came with boneless chicken, which made it easy to eat, and it wasn't dry at all, so I think it was thigh meat. The glass noodles were a nice bonus too.
