Odeng Osaek isn't just oden — there are plenty of side dishes to pair with it too, so I think it's great to add something chewy alongside the warm broth! This kind of izakaya has that oden bar feel but also has plenty of filling sides, so it's a good bar to come to even if you're hungry!!! Odeng Osaek's cheese balls aren't like the BHC cheese balls we usually eat these days — they taste like a mochi donut with cheese inside! Chewy, savory, and rich, just right! Great beer snack.
