The broth was spicy and rich and the noodles were chewy, so even I, someone who usually can't finish jjamppong, cleaned the whole bowl that day! With jjamppong, the broth matters, but chewy noodles that don't break apart are seriously important too!!! It'd be great to come here when looking for a solo lunch spot near Yeoksam Station. I wanted something filling too, so we ordered the fried rice! The colors are so vibrant it looks super appetizing. You could stop at just jjamppong and fried rice, but it's hard to pass on sweet and sour pork at a Chinese restaurant, right,, It came with the fried pork and sauce served separately, plus thinly sliced onion on the side. Everything we had that day was delicious, but ordering the sticky rice sweet and sour pork alongside was extremely satisfying! The meat was thick and had such a chewy texture, so good ㅠㅠ Bite of noodles, bite of rice, then some sweet and sour pork on top — the meal felt so much more varied!!!
