Here's my review after trying the amberjack ceviche and red shrimp pasta~!! ## How to get to Pepite, and where to park Pepite is a 10-minute walk from Exit 9 of Cheongdam Station! It's also just 907m from Exit 2 of Apgujeongrodeo Station, so either station works fine. It comes with aged amberjack, romesco sauce, tomato foam, herb oil, fennel pickle, and lemon gel — the tangy sauce paired with the fresh amberjack made for a flavor I'd never had before! It was tangy and delicious. We also ordered the red shrimp pasta (₩28,000), and the deep umami of the shrimp had soaked into the noodles so well that I kept reaching for more.
