Instead, there's a generous amount of Jeju noodles in the bowl! A familiar yet different combo of chewy noodles and rich rib broth. It's a thick noodle, but a bit thinner than udon, haha Slurping the noodles in the hot galbitang~ eating the tender ribs and noodles together works surprisingly well. There's even saessak-sam (young ginseng sprout) in there! What a health-boosting dish~ dip the ribs in soy sauce and enjoy! With galbitang, you can eat the broth and meat separately, or mix in rice.
