I was on my way to Yangsan when I spotted Café Choi, famous for its bakery, and thought — let's go! Hours are 9am to 9:50pm (2nd floor café last order at 9:20pm). Since it's near Hopo Station, it's a great stop on a drive from around Busan. Parking is available on the 1st floor of the building and in the basement lot. The location is also convenient if you're coming by public transport, not just by car. A nice perk: free parking, plus a basement lot and elevator access. They even have a drive-through! The parking area is fairly spacious too, so it's easy to visit with a car. ## What bread does Choi Main Branch bake, and what does it cost? The visuals are insane. There's a moon-shaped bread filled with crisp stewed apple and vanilla cream, and the Sun-Moon pastry itself is packed with chewy brownie and fragrant strawberry compote. The freshly baked croissant is crispy and filled with mango and pastry cream — sweet and moist. The strawberry matcha latte combines sweet strawberry with green tea — sweet at first, with a slightly bitter finish. The rich, clean americano pairs well with the sweet desserts. ## Nakdong River panoramic views and second-floor seating at Choi Main Branch The sweeping panoramic view of the Nakdong River spreading out in front of the store, paired with the beautiful scenery of Geumjeongsan National Park behind, creates a perfectly harmonious space! Baby chairs are provided too, and there's plenty of comfortable seating! I visited on a clear day, and the scenery through the windows combined with the café's atmosphere made me stay longer than usual! There's stepped seating too — great views! The space itself is wide with high ceilings, so it feels airy. Thanks to the natural light pouring in through the large windows, it's bright and pleasant overall during the day. A great space for a family meal, a date with a partner, or tea time with friends — it suits everyone. The rooftop view is amazing, but the wind is even more amazing — so crazy! (Typhoon-level wind! Felt like I was in a disaster movie.) Somebody help!
