I loved that it lets you enjoy fried squid, abalone, shrimp, squid, and pork bone jjim all together~ We chose medium spicy for the pork bone jjim. It was nicely spicy and delicious. I love bean sprouts, and their crunchy texture really makes it feel like haemul-jjim (braised seafood)~ What a striking presentation... They were such big pieces! There was so much meat on them. There was so much meat attached to the bones that it just kept coming, no matter how much I ate~! Every table has disposable gloves, so I seriously put mine on and got to work on those bones! Looking at it makes me want fried rice again. I should have added cheese... The owner also removes the nurungji (scorched rice) stuck to the hot stone plate for you! So thoughtful... Fried rice, what more is there to say~ The seasoning was a little spicy, so the fried rice was delicious too. When we were nearly finished with the fried rice, the owner came over and removed the stuck-on nurungji so it would be easier to eat. The owner was so kind... haha. You know the crispy rice stuck to the pan is the best part of fried rice, right~? We cleaned every bit up and left feeling satisfyingly full.
