And we added the jungmyeon noodle add-on too! These are noodles shipped directly from Jeju Island, usually used in gogi guksu (meat noodle soup), and they went surprisingly well with the galbitang broth. Can you see it ••• ribs falling softly off the bone 🥹 No toughness or dryness, the meat pulled apart moist and easy to eat. Each bowl had about four big rib bones, so the amount of meat was more generous than expected. Not just a broth-heavy galbitang — you get filled up on meat too! It's delicious on its own, but dipping it into the soy sauce that comes with it makes it even better.
