There was also a note saying that the thoroughly simmered bones release their meat softly. Loved that too, haha. I normally go for red, spicy kalguksu, but this time I ordered the basic bone kalguksu and the Best-rated galbi-seasoned grilled bones!!! It was around dinner time, and just looking at it made me hungry. I was so curious, so let’s dig in quickly 🤤🤤🤤🤤 First, the bone kalguksu has noodles in a rich broth drawn from the bones, so the soup itself is incredibly deep and savory. It is almost like beef-bone soup?! At Jinhae Jang Bone Kalguksu, the bone meat is so tender that it comes apart easily with chopsticks like this!!! It was soft and moist, practically melting in my mouth. The sweet and salty seasoning went beautifully with rice!
