The doors were taken off in the good weather, so the indoor seats right beside the tent tables still felt like eating outside, and two servings of flash-frozen pork belly served in a clay jar (18,000 won each) went down easily with green onion kimchi from the self-serve bar. The Tapgol Park tent alley Visited Tapgol Park for the first time in ages‼️ It wasn't the place I remembered at all?! I don't know when it turned into such a hip spot — basically a mecca for outdoor tent dining now..?! With the weather so nice, tons of people were out having a drink here and there. With the nice weather, they'd taken the doors off the storefront entirely. So even eating inside the store felt just like being at the outdoor tent. To eat at the outdoor tent itself, waiting is a must! Kimchi + bean sprouts + bracken fern are best grilled together with the meat, and I recommend eating the green onion kimchi as is!
